Solutions for recurring business processes

Business processes with fewer manual handovers.

We connect what already works and close the gaps between people, systems and process steps. The starting point is a measurable business problem, not a particular software product.

01

Process automation

Route enquiries, check incoming documents and prepare recurring work. Human approval remains where decisions need it.

02

Systems integration

Connect business software, email, spreadsheets, document storage and online shops. Clarify data ownership, access and error handling before building interfaces.

03

Process analysis

Identify the current process, recurring effort and bottlenecks. Define a target process and check whether implementation is economically worthwhile.

04

Operations and support

A running workflow needs monitoring, maintained documentation, updates and a recovery plan. Scope and responsibilities are agreed for the actual system.

Start with one concrete process

Service and billing

Collect reports and material information, check completeness and prepare billing.

Enquiries and quotations

Structure incoming enquiries and make the next responsible person and step clear.

Orders and internal knowledge

Transfer checked order data to the business system and make the relevant documentation easier to find.

Your company retains control.

Existing systems remain the starting point. Responsibilities, access rights, logs and exception paths are part of the solution. We recommend custom automation only where there is an economic benefit.

How we work

The process comes first. Then the technology.

  1. 01

    Understand

Observe the actual process and its systems.

  2. 02

    Simplify

Remove unnecessary steps before automating them.

  3. 03

    Connect

Define where data belongs and connect existing systems.

  4. 04

    Automate

Automate recurring work with clear checks and error paths.

  5. 05

    Operate

Monitor, document and improve the running process.

Free initial conversation

Start with a free conversation. A process analysis costs CHF 890 and covers the current workflow, systems, bottlenecks, target process and an economic assessment. It is fully credited towards a subsequent implementation of CHF 5’000 or more. You keep the analysis results.
